docs: update README naming consistency and buffer sizes

Browse Source 
- Rename "Ralph Wiggum Loop Tracking" to "Ralph / Todo Tracking"
- Shorten "Ralph Wiggum loops" to "Ralph loops"
- Fix memory buffer sizes (2MB terminal, 1MB text) to match code
