feat: Matrix-style subagent console with glowing green terminal

Enter the Matrix. Subagent windows now feature a full cyberpunk
terminal aesthetic:

- Deep black (#0a0a0a) background
- Phosphor green (#00ff41) text with glow effect
- Tool names pulse with neon intensity
- Timestamps in muted matrix green
- Progress lines shimmer like digital rain

Your AI agents now look like they're hacking the mainframe.
