docs: add Mobile UI section to README

- Document fixed toolbar and keyboard handling
- Swipe navigation between sessions
- Keyboard accessory bar with /init, /clear, /compact
- Confirmation dialogs for commands

Claudeman's web interface is fully optimized for mobile browsers (iPhone, Android). Access the dashboard from any device on your network using `--https` mode.

### Keyboard Accessory Bar
When the virtual keyboard is open, a quick-action bar appears above the toolbar:
