Subject: [PATCH] docs: add Mobile UI section to README

- Document fixed toolbar and keyboard handling
- Swipe navigation between sessions
- Keyboard accessory bar with /init, /clear, /compact
- Confirmation dialogs for commands
- Touch target sizes and mobile simplifications
