docs: update optimization log with WebUI improvements

Browse Source 
Add completed optimizations:
- Input batching (60fps keystroke coalescing)
- Incremental DOM updates for Ralph todo list

Mark completed items in future optimizations table.
Update commit history with all recent performance work.
