fix: simplify respawn tab in session options
Remove advanced options (After Update Prompt, Kickstart, Auto-Accept) to reduce clutter. Defaults preserved via hidden inputs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
