- Replace Respawn Controller state machine diagram with state table
- Replace Zero-Flicker pipeline ASCII with flow table
- Cleaner presentation that renders well on GitHub

**The core of autonomous work.** When Claude becomes idle, the Respawn Controller kicks in:
```
WATCHING → IDLE DETECTED → SEND UPDATE → CLEAR → INIT → CONTINUE
↑ │
└──────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
```
| State | Action | Next |
|:-----:|:------:|:----:|
| **WATCHING** | Monitor for idle | IDLE DETECTED |
| **IDLE DETECTED** | Confirm silence | SEND UPDATE |
| **SEND UPDATE** | Push continue prompt | CLEAR |
| **CLEAR** | Run `/clear` | INIT |
| **INIT** | Run `/init` | CONTINUE |
| **CONTINUE** | Resume work | WATCHING |
- Multi-layer idle detection (completion messages, output silence, token stability)
- Sends configurable update prompts to continue work
