docs: add version, keyboard shortcuts, and test config details to CLAUDE.md

- Add version 0.1337 to project overview
- Add keyboard shortcuts section for web UI (Ctrl+Enter, Ctrl+W, etc.)
- Add teardown timeout (60s) and coverage excludes to test comments
