arkonandClaude Opus 4.5 f06240f4ef feat: use Task tool description for subagent window titles + auto-minimize completed

- Extract short description from TaskTracker (params.description) for subagent windows
- Correlate subagents with sessions by working directory and timing
- Auto-minimize subagent windows when agents complete
- Persist minimized/open window states to server for cross-browser sync
- Restore window states on reconnection/page reload
- New API: GET/PUT /api/subagent-window-states
- State file: ~/.claudeman/subagent-window-states.json

Fix for Issue #65

Send/wait state stuck

Stuck in waiting_update - the controller is trying to send a command but may not be receiving expected response.

Check terminal output:

curl -sk 'https://localhost:3000/api/sessions/5ecdf859-3605-42d8-b0a2-f8f0a1b5ff98/terminal?tail=10000' | tail -100

Try restarting respawn:

curl -sk -X POST 'https://localhost:3000/api/sessions/5ecdf859-3605-42d8-b0a2-f8f0a1b5ff98/respawn/stop'
curl -sk -X POST 'https://localhost:3000/api/sessions/5ecdf859-3605-42d8-b0a2-f8f0a1b5ff98/respawn/start'
