When multiple Claudeman sessions share the same workingDir, subagents were incorrectly attaching to the newest session instead of the actual parent. Now uses direct claudeSessionId matching for reliable parent detection. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
