When respawn config objects had explicit undefined values for fields like aiIdleCheckTimeoutMs, the spread operator would overwrite defaults with undefined, causing "AI check timed out after undefinedms" errors. - Add default fallbacks when saving pre-config in server.ts - Filter out undefined values before spreading in RespawnController - Add tests verifying undefined filtering works correctly Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
