- Restructure banner to 2-column layout (status left, log right)
- Row 1: state, confidence, cycles, timer, tokens
- Row 2: hook/AI check status, countdown timers (auto-hidden when empty)
- Remove ALL timer-cancel messages from action log
- Only log interesting events: commands, hooks, AI/plan verdicts
- Compact text: "✓ Idle (30s)" instead of verbose messages
- Smaller fonts and padding throughout
