Dialog rows and the composer keep their existing meaning. Response-viewer links open in a new tab with `rel="noopener noreferrer"` instead of navigating the dashboard away. Wrapped links open whole: the logical-line reconstruction now stitches hard wraps through the indent their continuation carries, which also fixes desktop hover-click truncating wrapped URLs.
