refactor: make Ralph Wiggum panel more compact

Browse Source 
- Horizontal layout: ring | meta | tasks in one row
- Smaller progress ring (60px)
- Tasks displayed inline with wrap
- Removed Iterations counter from summary and detail
- Reduced overall panel height
