feat: add subagent window parent tab connection

- Show "from [session name]" header in subagent windows
- Add spawn animation from parent tab position
- Draw curved SVG connection lines from tabs to windows
- Update connection lines on drag, resize, minimize, close
- Fix API response parsing (data.data not data.subagents)
